Fenêtres
20-year warranty on PVC profiles for residential applications (3 stories or less) and 10 years for other applications. Coverage against rot, pitting, peeling, flaking, splitting, blistering and corrosion under normal wear due to manufacturing defects.
Quincaillerie et composantes
5-year warranty on operating hardware (mechanical and locking mechanisms). 1 year for hardware in coastal environments (within 1 mile / 1.6 km of saltwater).
Unitées scellées
10-year warranty on insulated glass units (double and triple glass) against permanent and material obstruction of vision. 5 years on specialty glass (laminated, leaded, decorative). 1 year against stress cracks.
Peinture
10-year warranty on painted/stained vinyl finishes applied by PH Tech (residential). 5 years for other applications. Color stability guaranteed 5 years (max ΔE = 5, ASTM D2244).
Barrotins
5-year warranty on internal IGU grids (double and triple glass) against insert slippage, flipping, or sagging.
Main d’oeuvre
Labor is not included. PH Tech will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation or reinstallation of the product.

Conditions
Exclusions: non-compliance with installation instructions, improper field finishing, non-vertical or out-of-square installations, high-humidity environments (pools, saunas, hot tubs), installations above 5,000 feet without capillary tubes, exposure to chlorine.
Transférabilité
The warranties are extended to the original purchaser only and are neither transferable nor assignable.
Réclamation
Claims must be presented to PH Tech in writing within 30 days of discovery of the defect, with the original invoice for the product.
